Entry Kunming
Arrive in Kunming, our guide will
meet you at the airport, visit the
Western Hills by the Dianchi Lake
and the Daguan Park.
Western Hills: Located 15km west
of Kunming, Western Hills is a range
of four mountains stretching over
40 kilometers along the western shore
of the
Dianchi Lake,
looking like a Sleeping Beauty with
long tresses trailing away to the
south. Totally cut on a natural precipice,
Dragon Gate is the highlight of Western
Hills. Many inscriptions and steles
are found here and there in Dragon
Gate.
Daguan Park: First built in 1682
by a monk, is known for its longest
antithetical couplet in China.

Kunming
- Stone Forest - Kunming / (BL)
After breakfast, drive 1.5 hours (90
KM) to visit the Stone Forest. Back
to Kunming in the afternoon and visit
the Golden Temple.
Stone Forest: A massive collection
of grey limestone pillars, split by
rain water and eroded to their present
fanciful forms.
Golden
Temple: Originally built in 1604
during the Ming dynasty. Built in 1890
with 250 tons of solid bronze, the present
temple, 6.7 meters in height and 7.8
meters in width, is reputed as the largest
bronze hall in China. |

Kunming - exit /
(BL)
Visit the Qiongzhu Temple. Transfer
to the airport and see you off.
Qiongzhu Temple: The first temple
built after Zen Buddhist had been
introduced to Yunnan early in 1279.

Transport
Private transport between airport or

sights by air-conditioned vehicle.

The economic class air tickets of the
domestic flight or soft berth/seat train

6. Guiding
service
All normal sightseeing tours in each
city with English-speaking guide and
admission fees where applicable. Our
guide will not fly with you from one
city to another. Upon your arrival at
each city, a new local guide and driver
will pick you up, be with you for local
tour and see you off after you finish
the itinerary of each city. The cruise
shore excursion is in-group assigned
by the cruise company.

The hotel is based
on double occupancy. If the visitor
travels alone or the number of the travelers
is odd (such as 3,5, 7...), who stays
in one single room has to pay the single
room supplement. As the hotel is on
double occupancy.

laundry, drinks, fax, telephone call,
