Beijing
Upon your arrival in Beijing,
you will be met by our guide and escorted
to your hotel. |

Beijing
(BLD)
Visit the Forbidden City (the Imperial
Palace), the Tiananmen Square and the
Temple of Heaven. Enjoy the Beijing
Duck Dinner and the Peking Opera in
the evening.
Forbidden
City: Also called Palace Museum and is located at the center of Beijing. It was the imperial palace during the Ming (1368 - 1644) and Qing (1616-1911) dynasties.
Tiananmen
Square: The biggest downtown Square of the world, it is located in the heart of urban Beijing and large enough to accommodate an assembly of one million people.
Temple
of Heaven: The place where the ancient emperors used to pray for the God's bless of the whole nation.
Beijing
Duck Dinner: Beijing Roasted duck is renowned as the most delicious food of Beijing.
Peking
Opera: Beijing Opera is deemed the national opera of China. The accompanying music, singing and costumes are full of Chinese cultural facts.

Take an excursion to the Badaling Great
Wall and the Ming Tombs.
Badaling
Great Wall: One of the seven wonders in the world and the symble of China. The Great Wall extends to more than 5,000 kilometers.
Ming
Tombs: Located 60 Kilometers north of Beijing, Ming Tombs consist of mausoleums of 13 Ming emperors.

Beijing
- Xi'an (BLD)
Visit the Summer Palace. Transfer to
the airport for flight to Xi'an.
Upon arrival transfer to hotel, then
visit the Ancient City Wall. Enjoy the
Tang Dynasty Dinner Show this evening.
Summer
Palace: The largest imperial garden of Ming and Qing dynasty. The whole Summer Palace covers an area of over 290 hectares including more than 3,000 buildings, such as halls, pavilions, towers, etc.
Ancient
City Wall: The wall is 15 meters
wide and 11.9 kilometers in perimeter,
it is the best preserved, oldest and
largest ancient city defence system
in China.
Tang
Dynasty Dinner Show: A performance
of Chang'an music and dances that was
originated in the Tang dynasty of Chinese
history over a thousand years ago. |

Xi'an
(BLD)
Visit the Terracotta Warriors Museum,
the Forest of Stone Steles Museum and
the Big Wild Goose Pagoda. Enjoy the
local speciality Dumpling dinner this
evening.
Terracotta
Warriors Museum: The most significant
archeological excavations of the 20th
century. It is a sight not to be missed
by any visitor to China.
Forest
of Stone Steles Museum: The Stele
Forest stores voluminous artworks which
possess not only eximious value of handwriting
and art, but also rich cultural connotation.
The Stele Forest began to be built in
1087.
Big
Wild Goose Pagoda: The Pagoda was
first built in 652 in the Tang Dynasty.
Xuanzang, a prominent Buddhist scholar
of the time, planned to have ahuge stone
pagoda built to house the Sanskrit Buddhist
scriptures he had brought back from
India.
Dumpling:
A traditional and popular food with
a long history in China. There is a
popular saying in China: "There
is nothing more delicious than Jiaozi."

Xi'an
- Guilin (BL)
Visit the Shaanxi Provincial History
Museum and the Great Mosque. Transfer
to the airport for flight to Guilin.
Shaanxi
Provincial History Museum: Covers
an area of 70,000 square meters, the
museum houses a large collection of
113,000 historic and cultural artefacts
unearthed in Shaanxi, being an absolute
must for every visitor to the city.
Great
Mosque: Built in 742 A.D., the mosque
was restored in each of the Yuan (1271
- 1368), Ming and Qing Dynasties. The
distribution of pavilions, halls, towers
and platforms in the mosque is compact
and exquisite, blending the traditional
architectural styles of Islam and Han.

Guilin
- Li River Cruise -Yangshuo

Cruise down the Li
River to Yangshuo
which takes 3-4 hours, enjoy the most
beautiful landscape in China, have lunch
on board. Disembark your ship when arriving
Yangshuo. Have
a stroll through the West street of
Yangshuo. |

Bicking tour from Yangshuo
to Yulong River and the nearby countryside,
visit a local peasant's home, explore
the breathtaking scenery in Yangshuo.

- Guilin - Zhangjiajie (BL)
Drive back to Guilin. Tour to the Reed
Flute Cave, the Seven Star Park, the
Fubo Hill and the Elephant Trunk Hill.
Take the overnight soft berth train
to Zhangjiajie.
Reed
Flute Cave: The largest and most
impressive cave in Guilin, you will
see many beautiful stalactites &
stalagmites.
Seven
Star Park: A beautiful park which
covers 120 hectares and includes peaks,
rivers, caves, gardens and relics.
Fubo
Hill: Half of the graceful peak
is in the river and the other half on
land. During flood season turbulent
currents lash the hill rocks. On top
of the hill one will see an exquisite
scenery like a traditional Chinese painting.
Elephant
Trunk Hill: Situated majestically
at the southeast of Guilin city and
west bank of Li River, Elephant Trunk
Hill is regarded as the symbol of Guilin
landscape. |

Zhangjiajie

Arrive in Zhangjiajie in the afternoon,
our guide will pick you up at the rail
way station. Visit the village of Tujia
Ethnic Minority. Lying on the northwest
of Hunan, Zhajiajie is recognized as
"a rarely charming belle in the
boudoir" by the famous Chinese
painter Wu Guanzhong. |

Visit the Zhangjiajie Forest Park, the
Yellow Lion Village and Gold Whip stream.
Zhajiajie is the first National Forest
Park in China featured by its unique
hills, queer ridges and peaks, tranquil

plant and animal resources. |

Oriental
Pearl TV Tower:
With a height of 1,245 feet, it is one
of the tallest structures in Asia.
Yu
Yuan Garden: A
traditional Chinese park complete with
beautiful pavilions, miniature lakes,
bridges and rock formations.
The
Bund: With a length
of 1 km, the bund is dotted with various
grandiose solid buildings of western
style dating back to the early this
century in its west. Due to these imposing
buildings, the bund is also reputed
as "an international exhibition

the itinerary of each city. The cruise
shore excursion is in-group assigned
by the cruise company.
